Supporting Campus of Care

The Abbotsford Rotary Club is proud to support the Campus of Care, a project focused on building a children’s hospice, a local adult hospice and a local children’s respite facility all on the same property. The first of its kind in North America, the Campus of Care will be a built-in support network for children and adults at end of life, and provide supportive services to their families.

Abbotsford Hospice Currently, adults who are dying and need support services must travel to surrounding communities. This facility will be built as a resource and support centre and a residential hospice for persons aged 19 and older.

Canuck Place The Vancouver based hospice for children will expand to a second facility in Abbotsford. This facility will serve children 19 and under with life threatening illnesses from all regions of BC.

Matthew’s House Matthew’s house will be a residence that will provide long term respite care for children and adolescents who live with chronic disabilities.Over the next few years, the Campus of Care will become a leader in hospice and respite care for people of all ages and needs while providing resources to the local community. By sponsoring the Million Dollar Hole-in One contest, you can help us realize the dream of the Campus of Care.
